1) Sales Executive | Showroom Consultant
- Positions Available: Junior / Senior / Outdoor

Job Description
- Responsible in showroom gallery sales
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Efficient handling of clients’ enquiries
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Manage the sales process from generated leads/gallery sales to closure and completion of works
- Coordinating with operation team to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders
- Work closely with cross departments to ensure strategy alignment and achieving company objectives
- Keep updated to market trends and change in customers’ demand
Requirements
- Display high level of interest and enthusiasm towards the product offerings
- Independent, confident and self-motivated with good sales and servicing aptitude

Job Description
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting and coordinating the workflow schedules for projects and installation teams
- Establish sequence and lead time to meet timeline according to sales forecasts or customer orders
- Provide support and coordination works between various departments
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure that customer needs and requirements are fulfilled
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Description
- Develop and execute effective branding and marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and vision
- Conceptualise and create compelling content (including visuals design, copywriting, and multimedia) across all channels
- Assist in planning and managing of content calendar
- Drive and execute campaigns and initiatives to increase user growth, engagement, brand presence and sales leads
- Track and analyse content performance metrics to assess effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and creative, to ensure marketing initiatives are cohesive and aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the creation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, sales presentations etc) and ensure they are consistent with the brand’s identity and messaging
- Assist in preparation and execution of photoshoots
- Assist in the planning and liaising with external partners for collaborations and partnership
- Assist in managing partnerships, media/press, KOLs and customer relations

- Perform installation and application duties at renovation sites, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.
- Assess installation sites and implement installation plans that ensure successful and efficient installation.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and proficiency in specialized tools and techniques.
- Communicate with clients to provide professional advice or support on product usage and maintenance when required
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during the installation process
- Manage physical activities
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned
Requirements
- Junior – Comprehensive training will be provided for applicants with no prior experience
- Senior – Experienced installer in relevant industry will be considered for higher pay scheme.
- Keen to learn, with good learning attitude
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- With valid Class 3 driving license & driving experience is preferred
